This set includes a couple’s tea bowls, which boast the original glaze technique of Kyoyaki and Kiyomizuyaki “Toan”, and a pair of chopsticks of Fukui Prefecture’s Wakasa-nuri “Sai-brush Chopsticks, Crystal”.
Toan’s flower-crystal technique is a one-of-a-kind technique in which the glaze is fired at a high heat to create a beautiful glow.
The “Saihatsu Chopsticks, Krystal” brand was inherited by his apprentice Yuya Fujii, who took over the playful chopsticks left behind by Masayoshi Matoba, a legendary craftsman who devoted his life to Wakasa-nuri chopsticks.
This set is recommended for wedding gifts and gifts to be given as gifts.
