This glass from the “Ki no Sachi” series is made of Miyako Somagi, a high-quality wood produced in Kyoto.
Since it is made by hollowing out a single piece of wood, it is seamless and smooth to the touch.
The stem can be removed and carried for outdoor use.
The wood has a low thermal conductivity, making it perfect for hot wine in the cold winter months.
