Shigeo Takemura It is a 2-piece set of a blue glaze reminiscent of the sky and the sea, and a “hot water” with a beautiful contrast between the scarlet glaze.
The blue glaze flows outwards, giving a taste to one mouth.
The pattern of blue glaze flowing on the outside gives the bowl a change.
I make my own natural ash glaze by turning sunflowers that I have grown into ash and mixing them with burned ash such as grapes, sunflowers, and figs.
Recently, there are few potters who make their own glaze from ash making, but we are particular about it because it has an important effect on color development.
I hope you can feel the depth of the vessel.
